Great for entertaining, the kitchen is open to the living room and dining area which provides the perfect space for a mid-century cocktail party or brunch buffet.
Dining Area: There is a round tulip table and seating for five comfortably. There are also various back-up chairs, folding tables, and outdoor table seating for six. Living Area: There is a sofa, two chairs, bar with games, and additional seating options.
Large Patio: There is a propane grill, table for six, two vintage lounge chairs, pool toys, and an automated retractable awning.
